Xango Juice, Monavie, Amway, Carbon Copy Pro, Ambit Energy-It doesn’t matter! No matter how hard you try, it’s just not working.  You’ve bought all the gurus bootcamp systems, followed your upline and you are still in a daze.

Keyword research, blogging, Facebook, youtube, article marketing,LinkedIn-It’s  Strategy Overload! There is no such thing as a single secret to internet success; however, there is some proven knowledge that if applied in our lives would allow a more efficient pursuit of our dreams and accomplishment of our goals.  I believe there are well over 25 topics that could be considered, but I’ve prioritized and will focus on the top 10 ingredients to a successful home based business.

Vision & Focus-Leaders, Millionaires and Superstars all have a vision of where they want to be in life and in their business. Begin with a vision for your life and create a vision of the production of your business opportunity, and remain pinpoint, bulls-eye, laser focused and do not give up on your dream.

Planning and Promise Setting – If you want a life of mediocrity, then this step is not essential Its vital that you recognize your long and short term goals, both in business and in your life. Its very easy to become complacent. Change your goals to “promises” to yourself.  Internally, we hate to break a promise.  Goals are set each New Year and most are over and done with by the end of January. Make a promise to yourself to not compromise, not to change direction and not to quit!

Initial Burn-Prepare yourself for the initial burn period. This is the ugly place that you go to, after you have determined your vision and created your plan that will move you towards your dreams, that everyone experiences on some level or another. You lose track of the vision of why you ever thought you could be successful as an entrepreneur and it can take you to a very dark and lonely place. It can come at you hard and fast and don’t be surprised if your peers or even family members who think you are “out there” for going overboard. You must remember what you are doing here will effectively change you and your familys prosperity and lives forever.  Get back on that track and remind yourself that you are one of the 3% that will succeed!

Leaders & Mentors-Choosing to follow the right partner is crucial to elevating your success in a home based and internet marketing business. Make sure there is a core values match.  Are they moral, legal and ethical in their success and can they supply you with the current trends and training for marketing your business online.

Masterminding-You wont get to the top without support and being inspired by a clear and compelling vision and a plan to make it come true. When you help others solve problems, share ideas, feedback, information, resources, and thoughts,  you create results whether it be face to face, phone or webinars, you are masterminding! 2 heads are better than one and more can be achieved in less time when people work together. Participating in weekly webinars has been critical for me and I cant imagine achieving all I have without one.

Maximum Results/Minimum Effort- I love maximum results while spending less money, time and effort to create  overwhelming success in my marketing business.  This frees me to concentrate and spend more time with my team in my downline in creating their successes and helping them with their businesses.  Having a blueprint to follow allows this to take place.  Investigate marketing systems to integrate your business opportunity and you will eventually reap the same benefits.

Time Blocking- I learned this from David Allen several years ago.  Each day is full of time blocks and by blocking sections out each day and each week on priorities, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish instead of simply waking up, sitting at your computer and working on whatever comes to mind.  You also need to take time each month or more to work “on your business” as opposed to “in your business”.  Every first Friday, I block out 6 hours to fully developing ideas, strategies and concepts that I otherwise cannot get done in the course of a normal workday due to the normal flow of my day.  I have a file that is labeled “Someday/Maybe” that I will throw little lists that come to me daily, and then I’ll go thru them on my designated Friday and get my creative juices flowing!

Persistence-Set and Attack your goal (your promises) with blazing maxed out effort and continue with your course of action without out fail.  Being persistent is tenaciously fighting and enduring through all the opposition; and you will have opposition.  Prepare for it and fight through it for success!

Passion-Most refer to passion as love and intimacy.  But passion is also a deep burning desire to accomplish what you want and to reach for your goals every day.  When you get kicked around and temporarily lose focus, think of passion as your “reset button”.

Endurance-Can you withstand the obstacles that you will encounter? Sometimes multiple challenges every day?  Passion and Persistence are Endurance’s intimate friends that help you bear the hardships and assist you after you clear each hazard.
